Remittance Terms

Our terms of payment by invoice are strictly 30 days from the date of the invoice. For new accounts a pro-forma invoice will be sent, our payment methods are : -

Cancellation

Cancellation of Orders will not be accepted unless agreed in writing by us and in the event of cancellation we are entitled to make a reasonable charge to you for the cancellation.

Artwork

Prices quoted are based on the client supplying artwork (where required) in an acceptable format, please contact us for details. Artwork requiring reworking may be subject to an additional charge.

Delivery

Prices quoted include delivery to one UK mainland address. For other destinations there will be an additional charge.

Delivery Schedule

Despatch is normally approximately 10 working days from approval of proofs.

Tax Charges

Quoted prices include VAT at the current rate.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. In the unlikley event of any dissatisfaction with merchandise this will be dealt with promptly.
