3. Special Instructions

Please ensure that any special instructions are clearly and unambiguously stated in the box provided or
on a separate sheet if necessary. If separate sheets are included please state this on the order form.

4. Proofs

These are available for all cards and calendars on request. Please see Price list and Order Form for details.

5. Typeface

Select your typeface from the options shown. If no choice is made we will use typeface 101.

6. Greeting

Select a greeting from those shown. If no choice is made Greeting 1 (cards) or Greeting 5 (calendars)
will be used. Please note, the layout of your greeting may differ from that shown depending on the size
of the card you have chosen.

7. Non-standard Greeting

Create your own greeting of up to 4 lines. Please enter the details in the box provided on the order form

8. Ink Colour

Single colours other than black and gold and red foil are also available for an extra charge.
If you would like an ink colour other than black, please select from the options given.
Single colours other than black are subject to an additional charge.

Printing is done using a 4 colour digital process as standard. We will, however, endeavour to match your
colour as closely as possible. Please see price list for multi-colour printing premiums.

If you wish to have a Pantone colour litho printed this will be charged per colour for a minimum
quantity of 250 cards or calendars. The multi colour premium will still apply.

9. Personalisation

Fill in your personalisation details on the order form. Please tick the Omit ‘from’ box on the order form if you
do not require ‘from’ after the greeting. Ensure details are clearly printed including any punctuation and
underline Capital Letters where required.

Signatures can be printed for an extra charge. Please provide copy using a medium to heavy point
black pen.

Front Overprinting
The cards available to have company names or logos printed/foiled on the front are indicated on the individual
pages. Foiled logos incur an extra charge.

10. Charity

Select a charity (or a charity group) to support. A donation of 10p (inc VAT) per card or calendar will be made to
the charity of your choice. If you do not specify, a charity accreditation cannot be printed or a donation made.
The accreditation will be printed in the same colour as your greeting, unless you have chosen a foil, then it
will be printed in black ink.

11. Artwork

Artwork of your choice can be incorporated for an extra charge. Please indicate on the order form the print
position required.
• Good quality black on white artwork (faxed copies are not suitable) can be incorporated.
• Digital artwork can be incorporated. The minimum resolution that we can use is 600 dpi.
• Please supply your digital artwork in one of the following formats, Jpg, pdf, tiff, bmp or eps. Artwork supplied
in any other format will cause a delay in processing your order.

Due to the production processes involved orders for photographic and bespoke cards cannot be accepted after
24 November 2007.
Please refer to any additional information on the individual pages. For bespoke cards where your logo is printed
on the front of the card as part of the design there is no charge unless otherwise stated.

12 Payment

On receipt of a completed order form a pro-forma invoice will be issued subject to status.
