Each card design is treated as one order. For multiple orders please photocopy the order form. We cannot accept orders for different designs on the the same order form. Our set price includes
a choice of greeting, typeface, name or company logo and your address,
printed on high quality insert paper in a choice of colours at no extra
cost.
Step 1
Once you have selected your card enter the design reference code eg AK01, JP02, the price band the card is in and
the quantity of cards you wish to order, taking account of the minimum
order quantity marked on the order form/catalogue/website.
Step 2
A donation of
10p per card is made to the charity
of your choice. An acknowledgement of support for your preferred charity
will be printed on f the insert opposite your greeting in full colour. Please enter the reference code
of your chosen charity in the space provided. A list of charities we support can be found inside the front cover of
the catalogue or stated on the website. Unless specified a charity affiliation will not be printed.
If you wish to support a charity that is not listed we can advise.
Step 3
Choose from one of the 6 standard
greetings. Then choose one of the 6 typefaces you would prefer as shown on page 18 of the catalogue or on the website.
If you would like to create your own greeting, please use the "Alternative Greeting" space for this. You have a choice
of print colour for the insert please indicate Black, Navy or Red.
Step 4
You have a choice of using "From" after the greeting, please
indicate in the box provided if not required. Your personalisation details i.e. Your Name/Company
Name can be included after "From". Please print details clearly,
including all capital letters and include punctuation. Please Please tick the appropriate boxes if you require larger or bolder text. Signatures: Please can signatures be supplied as a single scan or on the same sheet of paper. If you require more than three signatures please contact us and we will supply you with a template to sign. Signatures cost £15.
Step 5
Your address details -
you have the choice of left aligned, right aligned or centred. You have up to four lines
for the address details including telephone, fax, email/web. Please indicate
all capital letters including punctuation and please write clearly.
Step 6
Company logos can be incorporated on your insert as part of the personalisation for
an additional charge of £15. All logos will be printed in full colour and supplied
on disk or emailed to pcl@zen.co.uk. Images must be supplied at a high resolution of 300 dpi. Word, Powerpoint and Paint files are not acceptable formats. We do notprint PANTONE colours but will endeavour to match them as closely as possible. Logo position - you have the choice of left, right or centre.
Step 7
If you have any special requirements please state them clearly in
the space provided.
Step 8
Please supply your delivery details and customer purchase order number
if applicable. A proof of your insert will be e-mailed to you free of charge. Please ensure that your e-mail address is on the order form. If you do not have email a printed copy can be faxed or posted. Card proofs with a printed insert are charged at £25 each. Deliveries outside of mainland UK will incur an additional charge, please call for details.

Step 9
On receipt of a completed order form a pro-forma invoice will be issued
subject to status. |
